University Avenue Condos is a condo complex right across the street from the Provo City
Library! This unit has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and
central sir, and the complex has lots of first come, first serve parking at no extra cost. I have never had an issue finding a parking spot. That is what drew me to this complex in the first place. It is just 3 blocks from BYU campus. UVX high speed bus stop is right in front of the building making it quick and convenient access to campus.
I have loved living here, it is in a great Ward. I am getting married and as a result need to sell my 2025-26 contract. The rent is normally $619.00 per month but I am offering to subsidize the rent by offering $50.00 per month or $600.00 for the year. That makes the rent $569.00 per month plus utilities.
